Dr. Monika Dargis is a clinical psychologist licensed in New York. She completed her graduate training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, predoctoral internship at the Palo Alto Veterans Healthcare System, and postdoctoral internship with New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. Monika was on the faculty with Weill Cornell Medicine for several years, where she worked in clinical trials research focused on developing innovative treatments for mental health conditions. She remains on their voluntary faculty, and now works as the Head of Clinical Strategy for a California-based mental health technology company focused on providing culturally-inclusive and affordable care.

Dr. Alexandra Allam is a clinical psychologist licensed in New York. She completed her graduate training at St. John’s University, predoctoral internship at Northwell Health Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Zucker Hillside Hospital, and postdoctoral fellowship in Student Mental Health at Weill Cornell Medicine. In addition to her work in clinical practice, Alexandra is currently completing a postdoctoral research fellowship in eating disorders at Columbia University. Alexandra is an Associate Fellow of the Albert Ellis Institute and is experienced in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and perinatal mental health issues, and takes an individualized and collaborative approach to treatment.
Joey Kaufman is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), and a certified sex addiction therapist candidate based in New York. He provides individual and couple's therapy with those experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, compulsive sexual behavior, low self-esteem, and helping clients resolve the issues causing disharmony in their relationships. Joey incorporates therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Solution Focused Therapy.
